We view the lunch hour as a sacred time to reconnect with colleagues or reset for the afternoon ahead. To support this, our clinic closes daily between 12-1pm.

Every week, MindWell offers 1 hour blocked out of the entire team’s schedule at the same time to allow clinicians to consult with each other on cases.

For clinicians interested in gaining the experience of supervising others, we work to train you in how to supervise.

MindWell hosts a monthly optional DEI book club to increase awareness and foster discussion around issues experienced by BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other diverse populations.

Weekly supervision for 1-2 hours per week from your colleagues to gain a new perspective and obtain help with your more challenging cases.

We want you to focus on your practice, not the admin work. Thus, we do 100% of the admin functions of client management, case management, billing, scheduling, etc. for you.

Our monthly didactic series helps clinicians remain up to date on the latest in the field.
