MindWell Psychology's Employee Assistance Program provides confidential, accessible mental health support to employees and their families when they need it most. Our EAP is designed to help employees navigate life's challenges — whether personal, professional, or family-related — before they escalate and impact wellbeing and workplace performance.
How It Works.
Employees can access MindWell's EAP services directly and confidentially, without needing a referral from their employer. Upon reaching out, employees are matched with a licensed clinician who specializes in their area of need. MindWell offers a set number of complimentary sessions per concern, per year, providing employees with timely, high-quality care at no cost to them.
Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy — to address a wide range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, workplace conflict, grief and loss, and life transitions.

MindWell works closely with HR teams and benefits administrators to ensure seamless implementation, clear communication to employees, and regular utilization reporting. Our goal is to be a true partner in supporting your workforce — not just a vendor.
