Training: Vidhi (they/them) is a third-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at the University at Albany. They strive to create a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients feel understood and supported. They approach therapy with curiosity and respect for each client's unique lived experience and identity.

Vidhi has experience working with both children and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Parent Management Training and the Unified Protocol to provide individualized support tailored to meet clients where they are in their therapeutic journey. They have worked with clients navigating a range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, mood difficulties, emotion dysregulation, and parent-child relationship dysfunction.

Their research focuses on how early family environments and family dysfunction, particularly caregiver emotional maltreatment, shape the development of interpersonal functioning in adulthood.

When not working, Vidhi enjoys trying new recipes and reading fantasy fiction.
