Seth (he/him) is a licensed counselor who provides therapy with a laid-back, warm, and approachable style. He believes that a relaxed, collaborative therapeutic relationship helps clients feel comfortable and supported as they work toward personal growth and change. Seth primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and to identify meaningful areas for change that enhance well-being.
Seth has extensive experience supporting college students and adults through life transitions, academic and career stress, and relational challenges. He emphasizes the importance of self-care and strives to help clients cultivate balance, resilience, and self-awareness in their daily lives.
