Salina (they/she) is a humanistic and trauma-informed therapist who creates a supportive space for clients to explore their authentic selves and reduce emotional and relational stress. They work with adolescents (16+) and adults, with a focus on neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences) and queer clients, particularly late-diagnosed autistic individuals and transgender clients. Salina integrates DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relational therapies to help clients build self-compassion, emotional resilience, and healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Salina also supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, complex trauma, mood-dependent behaviors, chronic suicidal ideation, gender and sexual identity concerns, and relational challenges. They take a strengths-based, HAES-aligned (Health at Every Size) approach and tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
