Mollie Farnham-Stratton (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting adolescents, young adults, couples and individuals through midlife across a variety of settings. She believes that authentic connection and care are essential to the healing process, and she works collaboratively with clients to help them access their own strengths and resilience. Mollie integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. Her approach is warm, relational, emotion focused, and empowering, grounded in the belief that clients can become their own best therapists through insight and self-compassion and are capable of courageous change.
