Lorraine Faehndrich

Training: SUNY Oswego (M.S. Candidate in Mental Health Counseling)

Lorraine Faehndrich (she/her) is a master's student in Mental Health Counseling at SUNY Oswego with experience working with both adolescents and adults. Her approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relational approaches. She also brings a mind-body perspective to her work, tailoring counseling to each client's individual needs, experiences, and goals.

Lorraine has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, chronic health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her clinical background includes counseling middle and high school students in a school-based satellite mental health clinic. She is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with extensive experience supporting adults with chronic pain — particularly chronic pelvic pain — as well as concerns related to women's health.
