Kyle Kilts is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-R) with over a decade of experience supporting adults in individual therapy and relationship counseling. He takes a holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to therapy, helping clients explore the interplay between their past experiences, family, social networks, and current stressors. Kyle works collaboratively with clients to connect with their thoughts, emotions, body responses, and personal values in ways that foster growth and empowerment.
Kyle blends a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Focused Integrated Treatment (FIT) for substance use and motivation, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). His approach is highly personalized, centered on curiosity, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Kyle provides a safe, affirming, and sex-positive space for clients of all identities, celebrating gender diversity, self-expression, and body affirmation. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex challenges, build resilience, and strengthen emotional connections with themselves and others.
