Dr. Katrina Blomquist is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. She works collaboratively with clients to help them understand what’s getting in the way of the life they want and to build the skills and confidence to move forward.

Dr. Blomquist specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP). She has extensive experience helping clients face fears, reduce distress, and make meaningful changes in their daily lives.

Known for her warm, direct, and collaborative style, Dr. Blomquist creates a space where clients feel supported and empowered to take on challenges at their own pace. She is particularly passionate about helping youth and young adults navigate transitions, manage perfectionism, and strengthen relationships.
