Kaitlyn (she/they) is a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to providing a compassionate, safe, and collaborative space for healing and personal growth. They partner with clients in a strengths-based approach, emphasizing resilience, self-compassion, and authentic self-expression. Kaitlyn is committed to empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges while fostering insight, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

Kaitlyn specializes in supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, interpersonal challenges, and emotion regulation difficulties. Their approach integrates evidence-based modalities including TF-CBT, IFS, DBT, and EMDR, complemented by mindfulness practices, somatic techniques, and creative arts expression. As an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming clinician, Kaitlyn is passionate about helping clients cultivate authenticity, empowerment, and lasting well-being.
