Isabella (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker who provides trauma-informed, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She specializes in helping clients process trauma, develop emotional regulation skills, and foster resilience and safety within themselves and their relationships.
Isabella has expertise in supporting clients who have experienced domestic or intimate partner violence, sexual abuse, physical or emotional abuse, parental alienation, and generational trauma. She uses modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s individual needs.
In addition to trauma-focused therapy, Isabella provides family therapy and caregiver support to help clients implement new skills and strengthen relationships. She draws on extensive experience in community mental health, child protective services, and outpatient psychiatric programs to support clients across a range of clinical settings.
