Clinical Team
Anna Love
Anna (she/her) is a fourth-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program at the University at Albany. She loves working with children, families, and young adults, and is deeply committed to creating a warm, collaborative atmosphere where every client feels safe, supported, and genuinely heard.
Anna brings strong clinical training in evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ACT, which she thoughtfully tailors to each client's individual needs and goals. She has experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, developmental disorders, mood disorders, OCD, and adjustment-related difficulties. She also brings specialized expertise in helping children and families navigate feeding difficulties in early childhood (ages 3-6) — a nuanced area of practice that reflects both her clinical skill and her compassion for young clients and their families.
Her research is equally impressive: she focuses on the prevention of disordered eating through early intervention with parents of young children, work that speaks to her broader commitment to supporting families before challenges take root.
