Ali Murray, LMSW
Ali Murray is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with expertise working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across school-based, day treatment, and private practice settings. She is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel safe to express themselves and explore personal growth.
Ali believes that strong therapeutic relationships are the foundation of meaningful change. She utilizes a collaborative, strength-based approach that empowers individuals to identify their strengths, build resilience, and work toward their counseling goals. Her clinical work focuses on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, school-related concerns, systemic barriers, and other life stressors.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Aggression Replacement Training (ART), and trauma-informed practices, Ali tailors treatment to each individual's unique needs and experiences. She recognizes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and strives to work collaboratively with each person to identify strategies and interventions that best support their goals.
Ali is committed to helping individuals develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges while fostering lasting emotional well-being.
