Meg Peck, LMHC specializes in working with adolescent and adult clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual and gender identity issues as well as substance use disorders and addictive behaviors. Meg is experienced in using empirically supported interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy to help improve the quality of her clients’ lives. She is interested in the transitional and pivotal points in life, which can often be painful but offer the most opportunity for growth, change, and authenticity. 

When not working at MindWell, Meg enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
