Janet Shortall (she/her) is a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience providing trauma-informed care and support to college students, graduate students, and adults. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients navigate challenges and achieve their goals.

Janet specializes in supporting individuals coping with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, work-life balance, and challenges in romantic relationships. She emphasizes a collaborative and compassionate approach, creating a safe space where clients can explore concerns and develop practical strategies for growth and well-being.
