Ingrid R. Pipes, LMHC

Training: Carlow University (MS in Professional Counseling), Brookline Teen Outreach and Compassionate Counseling (Internship), Salk Health Activist Fellow (Jewish Health Foundation)

Ingrid is a licensed mental health counselor with a focus on trauma-informed Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT,) Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for both individuals and couples. They provide feminist-oriented care that honors intersecting identities and are passionate about building autonomy and safe self expression. Ingrid has experience in treating PTSD and trauma processing, mood regulation, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and adult ADHD/neurodivergence. Ingrid uses their direct and relational style to explore how the many layers of life inform our triggers and glimmers. Their work is rooted in fat liberation, sex positivity, and anti-racism.

When not at MindWell, Ingrid organizes events supporting fat activism in the capital region, makes up songs to sing to their dogs, and decompresses with reality TV.
