Emily Blair (she/her) is a licensed social worker who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in supporting clients through life transitions, helping them build resilience, emotional regulation skills, and coping strategies to navigate challenges effectively.
Emily has expertise in working with individuals and families facing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, disruptive behaviors, and adjustment challenges. She is also experienced in supporting non-traditional families and providing parenting guidance to foster healthier family dynamics.
Her therapeutic approach integrates creative, evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs, creating a supportive space for growth and meaningful change.
