Daniel Reed Tso, Psy.D.

Dr. Daniel Reed Tso (he/him/his) is a post-doctoral fellow at MindWell Psychology in Burlington, Vermont. He has clinical training in providing group and individual therapy for adult and young adult clients. Dr. Tso has experience working with clients that are coping with severe depression, substance use disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and psychosis spectrum disorders. He believes strongly in the principles of recovery-oriented care and takes an approach of emphasizing individual autonomy in the treatment space. When working with clients, he integrates a cognitive behavioral philosophy with other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing) as well as has some experience with some evidence-based process oriented approaches. Dr. Tso also has substantial experience conducting psychological and neuropsychological testing for a variety of clinical needs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his rescue dog and going for hikes with his family.
