Dr. Jeannette Correa is the Director of Clinical Training at MindWell and a licensed clinical psychologist. She provides thoughtful, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples, helping clients navigate anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Dr. Correa has particular expertise supporting couples where one or both partners have experienced trauma or are living with PTSD, guiding them to develop stronger communication, connection, and coping strategies.

In her work, Dr. Correa prioritizes collaboration, working alongside clients to build practical skills that empower them to manage stress, navigate life’s challenges, and foster emotional resilience. She takes a present-focused approach while tailoring evidence-based interventions to each client’s unique needs. Her clinical toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.

Dr. Correa’s approach emphasizes growth, self-compassion, and the development of tools clients can carry into their everyday lives, helping them feel supported while also building confidence and autonomy in managing their mental health.
